Dance of Democracy
If all the fruits in the basket are spoilt, which one do you eat??? The answer to this is simple, pick the fruit which is least spoilt, cut the unwanted part and then enjoy it!!!! The day of democracy is nearing! As a responsible educated citizen of this country we have the privilege and choice of electing our representatives. The election year 2009 was full of hasty incidents. Shoe stoppers, sandal kings, chopping parts, road rollers what not…. Our politicians have even gone to the extent of becoming literates and masters of the economy!!! One gentleman (??) Senior politician says his party will abolish computers and English!!! All that I can think of this is when this was said, either he was on dope or he must be mentally retarded. Ask them, they’ll proudly say my kids are in the U.S., U.K. or in some other country pursuing (?) master degree!!! Where does he want our brothers and sisters to be by abolishing computers?
When we hear these kind of moronic icons making hasty statements our blood boils!!! The solution?? Take a deep breath, think about it… This is our country, this land is ours tomorrow one among us will have to take care of our motherland so please don’t sleep or go on a vacation on the Democracy Day. GO AND VOTE! Tell them that we are here and your presence is no longer required. Simple filmy dialogue that I heard the other day “hebbet nan maga ninge ishtu buddhi irbekadre innu odhi degree takondiro nangeshtu irbeda!”(Means if an illiterate like u can be so smart then think about a graduate like me!) This is our day let’s make it count if U and I are awake and aware, these morons will count their days!!! Hope to see you soon. Meet you in the “Dance of Democracy!”
